Caser, one of Spain’s largest insurers, has launched a product called Title Insurance. This insurance covers an enormous range of problems such as fraud and forgery, squatters and bad tenants, demolition, eviction and compulsory purchase orders, charges and claims made against the property and legal defects in the deeds.
